Job Summary Responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities Ensures smooth functioning of office operations and employee lifecycle processes Acts as a bridge between employees and management for HR & admin-related matters Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, documentation) Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups) Handle onboarding & induction process for new employees Maintain HR databases and update employee information regularly Support payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements) Draft HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, etc.) Handle employee queries related to HR policies Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities Administrative Responsibilities Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination Handle facility management (housekeeping, security, maintenance) Ensure office discipline, grooming, and workplace standards Maintain asset records (laptops, ID cards, access cards, etc.) Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation (if required) Manage office documentation and filing systems Support event planning (meetings, celebrations, client visits) Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory) Key Competencies Time management Confidentiality & integrity Coordination & follow-up Professional attitude
