Job Summary Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process across various roles Focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring quality candidates within timelines Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Screening & Interview Coordination Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process Stakeholder Management Understand hiring requirements from managers Provide regular updates on hiring status and challenges Ensure alignment between candidate expectations and company offerings Offer & Onboarding Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-out Coordinate with candidates for documentation and joining formalities Ensure smooth onboarding experience Recruitment Operations Maintain candidate database and ATS updates Track recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline) Ensure compliance with company hiring policies Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously Negotiation and convincing skills Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
